This wonderful “Oliveto dei Monti” farmhouse is located in the municipality of Cerveteri, a short distance from the famous Etruscan necropolis.
From the farmhouse you can easily reach the sea and the Marina di Cerveteri station which, with just 25 minutes by train, can take you to the Roma San Pietro station.
Built in the early 1900s, it is surrounded by greenery and wonderful hills with a beautiful view of the sea.
Consisting of a large living room with fireplace, sofas, dining table, furnished with simple and minimal elements.
Terracotta floors, wooden doors, windows and furniture, ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
On the ground floor the kitchen with fireplace and table for 6, a double bedroom with a view of the olive grove and a bathroom.
Through a staircase we access the second floor where we find a double bedroom and a second room with two single beds and a third removable bed, both bedrooms have a bathroom and a view of the olive grove and the entire property.
Around the house there is a large fenced garden of 2500 m2.
The farmhouse is located 4.2 km from the nearest town, on 80 hectares of land of which 7 hectares are olive groves. The rest of the park is made up of woodland with plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub, such as oak, holm oak and mastic tree.
The olive grove is made up of 300 ancient plants that produce a rare type of olive. The land and olive trees do not undergo chemical treatments and the olive harvest is carried out mainly by hand.
Through a path it is possible to reach a private forest that rises towards the mountains, where you can walk and discover a wild and uncontaminated countryside.
The forest is part of a reserve where it is possible to see wild animals such as wild boars, badgers, foxes, porcupines, lizards, pheasants, hawks, eagles, magpies, robins, hoopoes and many other species of birds.
To reach the farmhouse you have to travel about a kilometer of a beautiful road (with sea view) without asphalt that crosses the property.
